Hi Ritch,
There are three types of prepayments cash,cheque and credit card. First
activate Prepayment in SOE processing options.Prepayment window can be
accessed upon sales order entry via form exit. without a stated payment ter m
for the customer the prepayment window wouldn't appear.
After SOE,you need to activate Prepayment in the invoice processing option s
of Invoice (R42565) if you need prepayment appear in the invoice besides in
the Sales Update (R42800) to complete the update and do proper posting
(R09801)of PP. Check out the SOE processing option prepayment tab.Hope this
