Citrix and Outlook

I'm looking for a solution.

We are currently all fat clients 8.10 and looking at going Citrix. The only thing that does not work is e-mail. Let me explain. We don't use Work Center. All messages are going to outlook and we are click on the message and it is going to the Approval screen, etc. But now that the EnterpriseOne client is not on the workstation this link does not work.

Has anyone encounted this problem and have a solution.

PS. Someone I know mention, ICA Passthrough Authentication, does anyone a document explaining this.

[/ QUOTE ] Yup - sucks don't it? You can send outbound email manually, but the workflow stuff no longer works once you go citrix. We put in a specialized solution. For requistion approvals, an email is sent with a link to the web client. Since I have only one webserver, this works well for us.
