SMTP in work flow

Hi Friends,
I am working in 8.10.I am using work flow in my application.when the work flow is initiated, the mail is passed to the persons who are mentioned in the distribution list.But in stead of showing sender's mail id in from address, it shows <PSFT_SYSTEM>.For your view,i attached the document,how it appears.How to overcome this.If anyone knows about this,please reply to this mail.

As of Tools Release 8.93_J1, PSFT_SYSTEM is hardcoded as the senders email for messages sent from a workflow, "for security reasons", which is the explanation provided by Oracle. See SAR 7313051.

Check out SAR ID 7666032. It is included in the latest 8.94 one-off, O1. It may correct this issue.
