Don\'t you feel you can\'t count on Oracle?...
Hi list...
Is it only me or is there anyone else feeling that after the Oracle's
"Big Deal" with PS, you can't count on them?
At least on my case nobody has been able to neither give me any feedback
on training courses nor consult services. All I get from my account
manager is "You should speak to a third party", even when I have 3
incidents open with the response line, he keeps saying "You should speak
to a third party".
If I'm right when PS bought JDE, it was very smooth for us all the
transition, but now it seems that Oracle forgot that they bought all:
applications, clients, issues, etc.. not only names or Brands.
Just a brief comment about how I'm feeling.
