Hi List, we are facing this problem (on ERP 8.0) suddenly for the past couple of weeks. Users are being automatically disabled. this is not related to invalid password attempts since their invalid password attempts in the user security is zero. The most accute problem occured when 5-6 users got disabled on a single day. one of them got disabled again in the afternoon after I had enabled her ID in the morning.
Our local support has reported this to JDE/Oracle but they dont seem to have heard of such a behaviour before. I am anxious to know the reason as I am worried that this could be a harbinger of bigger problems to come.
