tools release upgrade

I must be very stupid, but I cannot find decent instructions how to install new tools release upgrade to Enterprise server. I have Patch Installation Instructions from Peoplesoft and there on the page 21 and 22 there should be instructions for that.
But it does not say when to run 8.94E.N1 on the Enterprise server. I suspect it should be ran there?!?.

So please, help!
- in which order I should ran that tools patch before or after I copy \hosts\IntelNT -directory to Enterprise server System -directory?

Your Enterprise Server is on the Intel/NT platfrom I presume.

After you have installed the Client Tools Release on the deployment server, then run the IntelNT file on the Deployment Server. It will update the system folder under \hosts\IntelNT\. Copy the updated system folder to your Enterprise Server and replace the existing system folder on the ES.


The guide mentions all the required backups that you should take. So follow those accordingly
