External Mail

Hi All,
I have a problem for send external mail. Appears the next menssagge in jde.log:

Cuando intento enviar un mail externo, aparece un mensaje de error y lo que reporta el jde.log es lo que se puede ver arriba. Que debo implementar para que el envio sea exitoso?

I may be wrong but I am not sure MAPI is still supported. Have you tried using option 4 (Other) instead of option 2 which I assume you are using given the error message?

Option 4 is straight SMTP.

If it is still being used I am pretty sure you have to have the MAPI client (Outlook, Notes) installed on the machine trying to send the email.

yes, I used the option 2,3,4, but in all appears the error.

Have you looked at 6546021 for details?
