8.11 JAS login issue : String index out of range

Hi all,
We are completing the installation of a new 8.11 EntepriseOne plateform and we have a problem when trying to login on JAS. We can see the connection page but when trying to enter user and password, we get this message "An unknown JAS sign on error occurred".
Here is the most interesting error message of the logs and the complete debug file is attached :
09 août 2005 18:11:39,740 [Servlet.Engine.Transports : 0] ERROR: {com.jdedwards.jas} - JDESignOn Fail String index out of range: -8
java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -8

DS : Windows2003, ES : AIX 5.2, JAS : Windows 2003/Websphere5.2/IIS, DB : Oracle 9.2.0.6

After checking one more time my jas.ini, i realize that there was a mistake in the "Pathcode" field. A " ' " was missing somewhere.
Everything seems ok by now.

Hi, We are looking into starting Xe-> 8.11 upgrade process. I am reading a lot about 8.11 installation. I would like to know the time frame and what was involve in setting up the enviroment. I will be glad to hear from you all.
