Secure Delete Task Relationship

How can I secure the users from the ability to right click on a task and select 'delete relationship'.

Use P00950 to set Solution Explorer Secutrity. Give the user/role only "View" or "Add" permissions for Explorer

If I change the user security for Explorer to "view" or "secured", then it does not give them our custom main explorer task we created.

If you Task View is a secured task View then users will not be able to see it with "View permissions". Change the properties of your custom task view to "not secured". Then use Fine Cut if you specifically want to block certain tasks in this task view to specific roles

Right Click on the Task view name - go to task Revisions, there should be a check box indicating whether it is a secured task view or not...
