Menu response slow in 8.10

Hi List, we are upgrading to 8.10 right now. We find that the menus take a long time to respond when we click on them. I had read a similar post some time ago which had a solution but i cant find it now. can anyone help?

The slow response is normally caused by the paths to the media object queues
either not defined/defined incorrectly/permissions issues on the shared
folder on the deployment server. The client will try to access the media
object queues for the help information I believe. These have to be defined
in both the planner environment and the live environments by going into
P98MOQUE and entering in the values against all the queues.

Hi List, I found the other message i was referring to. It goes as follows "Thanks for the info. We had a similar issue on 8.10 TLS 8.93R, where the FAT client would take much longer than normal to come up and more importantly, every time you would access an app for the first time it would hang for up to a minute or longer. We deleted the ERDebuggerService2 and EREngineService2 entries from the registry and the apps don't appear to hang any more. Thanks again."

I guess I shall live with a slow fat client as long as thin client works fine......
