Work with Submitted Jobs issue

Hi Guys
When the user prints a job from the WSJ screen, the job gets deleted from there. So the user cannot print from there again. This is affecting select users.
Any help/suggestions are deeply sppreciated.

Is there anything mentioned in the logs? Can you verify the process they are using to print the reports?

I am guessing you have already confirmed this, but please ensure that you have the following "SaveOutput" setting set to TRUE on both your server and any "FAT" clients you may be using.

[NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS]
SaveOutput=TRUE

Sorry for the delay in replying Guys:
Process:
- Users submit the reports on server
- They go to WSJ and print it to formscape printers
- The record gets deleted along with the pdf

I actually put the client in debug mode and didnt see any delete statement.
All client JDE.ini have saveoutput=true.
Server ini doesnt have it.

Check with the formscape team to make sure that they are not doing anything to the record or job after it gets there...

Is it always the same report that this happens to? Same people or role?

Nothing has been changed on the Formscape side. We thought there could be some setting on Formscape but I taled to their support and they say Formscape does not access JDE tables.
