We have serialized items, but the primary location does not have a serial # attached (so we will not process invalid serial #'s). The CC pgm errors on the Primary location, since there is no serial # attached. Since the next count date defaults from the primary location, and the primary location is not updating, we have invalid items showing up on cycle counts. Has anyone run into this issue and find a work around? JDE said it is functioning as designed. Thanks.
