JAS Alias Issue

We recently made some configuration changes to our JAS server install in order to remove the port from the url link. To make a long story short, we were able to configure our PY link to user http://jdeseapy without any problems and the url appears to work just fine. Having said this, we found that when we called up SAW, some of the options would not work.....for instance, if you clicked on the users option, the system returns an invalid port error. Has anyone run across this before?

Hey there,

I have seen this error and for saw ( since only few people would have access to the saw), we go by the actual server name.

SAW has issues with port 80.
We use the named alias for the app and user the cannonical name and port number for saw.
