    RE: Autopilot Scripting Tool

We recently heard that only 15 clients have purchased the $50K product. I
would say that is the biggest trap - the price.

Also that it was an internally developed program - something JDE would use
to test the software - Autopilot obviously has bugs or the software would be
    more stable.

    Re: Autopilot Scripting Tool

I don't know if this is an unknown secret. I hope not. I am on B7332 and I
was able to use the Autoscript tool once I went to SP14. I wouldn't be
experimenting with it if I had to pay $50K.

I am pretty impressed with what the tool's Potential. Right now there is
one HUGE functionality hole with Autoscript though - no RECORDING. Writing
scripts is a completely manual process. Running the scripts is one thing,
writing them is another. (Maybe RECORDING costs extra ;-) )

The script tool actually makes me feel more positive about JDE's future.
They are filling a huge hole in the ESU model.
