Hi all:
I need to calculate the days between two Julian date. Is there some AS400 Function or JDE function I can use??
for example calculate the days between 105010 and 104100??

Thanks in advance

Ned

I believe you are looking for X0035 for a difference between dates. X0027
is another handy JDE subprogram that allows you to increment a date by a
requested number of days.

Both answers (as always) are excellent. Yes, this topic has come up "often" so there should be lots of responses in the archives. I also recall there being a white paper on the Knowledge Garden about this topic and how to do it in World Writer. I've got a Word document on this topic that I posted or could email as well. Just let me know.

Sannan,
I would appreciate a copy of your word document on dates.

Cheers!
