when i am opening the website taht you mentioned it says can not retrieve the mentioned ip address could you provide with some other alternative to it.....

Are you sure you need this software, it's outdated for years?
Simply, use fancy save/restore facility for JDE E1(8.12-9.0), to zip/unzip you projects.
