Fresh 8.11 install has issues with SQL

All anyone ever seen os400QL009 in the 400 Log for a UBE kernel "OpenSQLCursor:Open SQL Cursor:Crsr11. QSQLMSG *LIBL SQL0901"? I am also getting "Failed to open table F9200 because of invalid user handle" in the deployment server log when signing into E811 and this ODB0000163 - wSQLExecute failure. rc=-1

ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [HY000][-901] [IBM][iSeries Access ODBC Driver][DB2 UDB]SQL0901 - SQL system error.

I have attempted to look this stuff up, and have seen refs to QAQQ.ini and to ODBC, I have checked and double checked all this stuff, not to mention OCM, Data sources, and V5R3 APAR. Any one have any ideas?

Hi,

I had the same problem after installing the last database PTF (level4).
I had to install : MF34905 to fix this SQL error

Another IMPORTANT PTF to install : SI17503 which fixes some issues severly impacting the perf (you can get a X2 or X3 better perf) on batches...

I'm curious if this fixed the problem. We experienced the same issue and are in the process of applying the PTFs.
