Optio, print label, on Datamax printer

Unexpected 1/2 page feed at the begining and the end. Using optio, print 4x4 label on Datamax printer. Text/barcode fields are fine at the middle of 2 labels. Can any one provide advise? Where should I look into?

ERP 8.0, Optio Win2k server, Optio DesignStudio 7.8.2.5
