Canadian Vertex not calculating correctly in OneWorld, perfect in World

Vertex does not appear to be taking the annual exemption into account when calculating bi-weekly CPP deductions. Example 1 shows how we need Vertex to calculate (and it currently does using the World version). Example 2 shows the results we are getting when we process CPP in OneWorld.

Example 1: Current World processing and comparing to WinTod processing of CPP:
$1,393.92 (Gross taxable $66 hrs x $21.20)
- 134.61 (2004 CPP annual exemption of $3,500 / 26 pay periods)
$1,259.31 (Revised Gross Taxable)
X 4.95% (2004 CPP contribution rate)
$62.335 (Bi-weekly CPP deduction)

Example 2: How OneWorld is processing CPP:
$1,393.92 (Gross taxable $66 hrs x $21.20)
- 0 (it doesn't take the annual exemption into account)
$1,393.92 (Gross Taxable Amount)
X 4.95% (2004 CPP contribution rate)
$68.99 (Bi-weekly CPP deduction) OVERSTATED Y $6.66

Otherwise, Income Tax and EI calculations in OneWorld are running in balance with World and WinTod calculations. Vertex have released a new version, however, PeopleSoft are in the process of developing a SAR that must accompany installation of the new release.

Table F07940 has been checked to ensure there are 48 Canadian records which it has.

We could really use some help, thanks in advance.
