Websphere Data Source Set-Up

I'm looking for someone who has had experience of setting up JDBC Data Sources on a WebSphere JAS running on an As400. The task is to link to an Oracle database server elsewhere on the network - I need to use this link to query the Oracel database from within OneWorld client-side event code on the As400 JAS. Can't find an example of this, if it's indeed possible, anywhere!
