Hi List,

I have one problem want to consult from you. At UBE - Printer Setup - Paper, when I input as Legal, PDF generated by UBE looks fine by view (it seems legal size), but PDF self still setup as A4, each time user have to change pdf paper set from A4 to legal.

Thanks in advance

IF the version was created before the over-ride for page size was in place
- then the version will retain the default.

Did you try also setting the version to Legal size? I think you may have to set paper size in both the UBE and in the version.

I think the problem is at default printer properties. I guess your default paper size for your default printer is A4. The acrobat will get the default paper size from default printer instead of pdf itselft.

Hope this helps.

Your idea may be correct, since I did Legal paper setting at another company work fine, so I am think this is part of setting (jde.inn, printer, acrobat or ...) issue. I think UBE should pass any paper size (Letter or Legal) to acrobat and let pdf generated with right paper size, otherwise I have to work around for that.
