I am looking for contacts that have a configuration similar to ours:
- JDEdwards WorldSoftware version A7.3, cum 6
- Bar Code 128
- Serial Numbers on ASCO products are bar coded
- Symbol PDA scanning unit that reads the bar code
- RF communication
- ClientSoft middleware (connects RF with AS400 to JDE)
We are experiencing communication delays in transmitting and confirming serial number data that is transmitted by scannning bar coded serial numbers on our products with PDA units to JDEdwards.
What contacts or resources do you have that could help us identify a JDE customer that has a similar set-up who may have experienced the same issue and resolved it?
