Smart Field

Hi List,

Can anyone tell me whether there is an existing Smart Field which will total the amount for a particular month for a particular supplier from F0911 Account Ledger

I don't have much experience in using smart fields.

Hi Shiji,

in order for you to get a total per supplier you need to sequence the tabular section per supplier (AN8) then the system automatically creates a sum per supplier for you. The smart field that you can use is Period Activity.

Smart fields just have a business function attached to them, just look at
what the business function does.
