Effort Estimation

Can anybody please suggest me a good effort estimation tool specifically used for JDE Development?
Tool should be simple to use but also comprehensive.
Should provide some parameterization for estimation depending on different factors for estimation and various activities to be performed.for example.. the type of developemnt to be taken up, the complexity and magnitute of work involved, type of resources available, expertise level,
work criticality..etc..

Hi Gandhi,

According to my experience, the best estimation tool to be used on a JDE
project is to hire a 'grey hear' consultant. :)

IMHO - the best tool for estimating effort for Peoplesoft Enterprise One (formerly known as JDE OneWorld) is experience, experience, experience. Make your best guess, than double everything. It is far better to be early and underbudget than the reverse.
