3rd item unique key

Dear List,
How can we disable the 3rd item number from being a unique key? We are on World A7.3 cum 11.

Logical file F4101LC is defined as requiring a unique key on third item
number. I would not recommend changing this. You would not only need to
change the file definition but you would have to modify any programs that
use this file (and maybe some programs that use this field).
