subledger and F0902

I am looking for a way that subledger information shows up in F0911 (detail file) but summaried in F0902 by account, instead of by subledger.

As we are using Work Order # as subledger, F0902 is growing too fast. Every work order creates a F0902 recorder. Worse, these records are carried over to the next year.

Hi Jun

Have you tried setting a posting edit code of 'S' against the affected accounts? This however forces every single entry against this account to have a subledger. For manufacturing Journals this should not be a problem as the processing option ensures the WO# is used as subledger.
