Compare files from two environments

We did a refresh to our CRP OW environment from our World production environment and have noticed that 2 files have no records when they should. I would like to know if there is a way to compare the files from the two environments to show me what files have no records in the OW files but have records in the World files. I think there is a compare library command but I haven't used it in awhile.
