Do you enjoy problem solving, collaborating with others, and testing solutions? Tyndale House Publishers, located in the western suburbs of Chicago, is looking for a Support Analyst. This person will assist our JDE team in the development and maintenance of the JD Edwards- EnterpriseOne system.

The primary responsibilities of this role will be to answer, evaluate, and prioritize user service requests, participate in evaluating solutions and writing scripts in the testing environment, train new users on the in-house system, and assist in evaluating processes for efficiency and user experience.

This position requires 3 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience and general knowledge of Windows operating systems. Qualified candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and service-minded demeanor.
