    No worries - It did occur to me that it was odd that a google search for an Oracle document would bring up amazon links - but there are often ads that try to match searches, so I ignored them.

    Thanks, I saw that document after we first went live and didn't register that RCSI was something we would do since we didn't do it in 9.1 with the same data.
