Hello All.
Is OHS licensing included in the JD Edwards Oracle Tech Foundation license ? Below is a snippet from the document in the URL about the products included in the Tech Foundation

I thought Oracle Web Cache requires setting up OHS , so may be OHS is part of the Oracle Tech Foundation license ?
