Payroll - Categorize employees based to hit Payroll in a different account

For governmental purpose, we have one custom field (Sponsor) which categorizes employee.
Employees might be in same company, business unit but differ in the custom category.

For example,


While doing Payroll Journal Entry, all the PDBAs will hit same accounts because of BU mapping.

Now, is there any way to configure the system to hit the last two employees ( Sponsor: 80) hit different accounts than the first three employees ( Sponsor: 20)

I have done this by using Job Step. So within same Co, BU employees may have Labour distributed to different accounts according to Job. Have a look at Labour Distribution AAI set up

We have used both Job Type and Union Code for this type of situation. If you are not currently using both of those for something else, you can identify your last two employees as different using either of those on the employee record and in the Debit-Labor AAI's.
