BSFN to run Batch Inbound processes?

[FONT=&quot]I am looking for BSFNs which write Business Units. [/FONT]CreateProjectAccount does it but does not allow me to set the new Business Unit number. So I was looking into using the Z-Table process to first insert the records, then kick off the transfer program R0006ZI.

Is there a business function to run batch processes? Or is there a good business function to create a Job?
