Possible 9.2 bug in B0100067 - Formatted Address with Whos Who

Just wanted to put this out there, but there may be a 9.2 bug in BF B0100067 - Formatted Address with Whos Who. The mailing name and 1st address line were printing inverted for us in 9.2. I put it in debugger, and verified the fields were coming out differently than in 9.1.

I just created an SR with Oracle, so no response yet. Just curious if anyone who's doing a 9.2 upgrade have come across this. For now, we're bringing our 9.1 BF into 9.2, which seems to solve the problem. We're on tools release 9.2.1.1.

Oracle confirmed that this is a bug in 9.2, and will issue a fix for it. I'll post SAR and ESU numbers when they're available.

From my research I found that this is controlled by the Country Constants (P0070/F0070). If you put a 3 in the attention to name placement field ATTP the name comes before address line 1. This was by design and didn't work in prior releases as per Oracle Document (Doc ID 1680463.1).
