Difficulty of Oneview Reporting

We are implementing one view reporting at our company and I am curious how easy it is. I am very strong in BI publisher and curious how much BI publisher vs how much JDE is required. 90% vs 10% JDE? I have a very good understanding on the backend of JDE tables and their relationships just weak on the front end. Any insight is appreciated. Thank you
