Runtime cache error

Hi,

I am in the E1 9.1 with TR 9.1.4.6 and always that I deploy a full package and the runtime cache directory is deleted, I get runtime cache error in an aleatory batch.
So I need to manually delete the specific directory from this batch to correct his runtime cache.
Did anyone seen this issue?
