There could be a thousand reasons you're seeing this crash.

First of all, you're using 15 year old software in the form of JDE OneWorld Xe - software that is no longer supported by Oracle - and you really need to get upgraded to the latest version as soon as possible.

Now, as for the application crash - how many users are concurrently in use on the citrix server when you crash ? That would be one question - also, how well configured are your citrix servers ? You need to provide information on the citrix server configuration to fully understand why there is an issue. Is there anything in the users JDE.LOG after the session crashes ? Are the users using a specific application which results in a crash each time ? What application is being used ? Is it a custom application or has it been modified (or have any of the business functions been modified) ? Are you using a "W" environment or are the users running business functions locally on the citrix client ? If using business functions mapped to the application server, then you need to start looking at the logs on the application server to see if there is something occurring there that might be resulting in a memory issue back to the client.

A lot of questions - but ultimately, your company shouldn't be in production on OneWorld Xe anymore - and the latest version, being web based, will eradicate this issue for you (but, of course, might introduce other issues !)
