JDE Version and Tools Release... what tables?

Does anyone know where the JDE Tools Release is stored in the database tables? The business function B9600500 will retrieve the information, but I am looking to obtain the data via one of our reporting tools. I can find the Application Release in F00941 in the system schema, but am unable to find the Tools Release. Any help is appreciated.

@Frosty - that thread does not solve the question. Which table holds the tools release version? Imagine I can query the DB, but cannot get access to the server file system.

I think it does, the tools release isn't held in the DB. It is held in a text file named PTF.LOG. You might be able to query OL to see what the latest release for an object is though, at least to the first dot (9dot2 for example)
