Client Web exception

Hi Everyone,
I have a problem with a specific user, when she click on close button in the application P0801 she got a web exception, and the application will not be close until the user completely disconnect from JDE(Log off). I though it was a security issue, I gave her CNCADMIN as a role (full right) but always the same issue. I did a test in other machine and the same issue. I delete the userID from F0092 and recreate it, Always the same issue.
All the users in the same group have no problem, except the user CHEJUL. The security is mounted by the group and not by the user.

Check if the user has a grid format override for this application. It sounds like a corrupt grid format.

Open UO or P98950 and search for the User ID and App , and delete any formats that exist and then log in again and try.
