We are now at our total # of seats. There are alot of old machines listed, how do we clean these up and delete them? I do not see a delete key or a way to remove them. (besides going into the file and deleting the record)

On a Windows fat client, run application P9654A, do a Find, and expand the Workstation tab. Highlight a machine that is no longer in use and then click Delete. You have to do them one at a time.
