Hidden Controls not hidden anymore in FDA

While developing, I have noticed that all the Hidden control (FC/GC etc) are showing on FDA on my development machine. The other development machine with similar level doesn't have this issue. I have reinstalled the client and checked jde.ini for any setting exist in there. I tried to google to find a solution but didn't find any. Does any one on the list got into similar issue and how they overcome?
