Problems with default printer

Hi,

We have some troubles when sending documents to print from JDE XE, everything seems OK on JDE, but when looking into UX, we found out some "runprint" that never finish and uses the CPU at 100% letting all the system with a poor performance, so we need to be killing them manually.

Any ideas will be much appreciated
