After forced password change blank page/html 500 error

For another installation we have the problem that when logging on with a new user and the password is forced to be changed at next logon via html this will prompt so on the web but as soon as you do so it goes to an empty page with some html 500 error page.

this is on 8.11html , tool 8.97.2(if i remember correctly)
windows & sql server, OAS

I've not seen this before, can you replicate in another environment?

There maybe a problem with serialized objects, have you had a full build recently? A new full build may help resolve the issue.
