all the Dll are successfull but Transferring business functions for all the Dll has same issue.

Please help me to resolve the issue..

Thanks a ton in advance

1) Check that the files exist in that directory on the Deployment Server.
2) Check that the username that you used to start services on the Enterprise Server has rights to be able to create/write/modify files on the Enterprise Server.

Was there a fix to this problem? I am getting these two errors for only one business function, see the log

Fri Jan 21 04:22:31 - Transferring business functions for DLL CAEC to server.
Fri Jan 21 04:22:44 - Transferring business functions for DLL CALLBSFN to server.

I checked the previous notes from ken and they both check out.
We are using 8.12, tools 8.98.2

As stated before:
- verify that the specs exist in the origination location
- verify 'security' on the destination folder
- verify 'security' on the origination folder

Hi All,
1. Sat Nov 22 09:21:35 - Transferring business functions for DLL CAEC to server.
Sat Nov 22 09:21:43 - spkgclnt.c:744 PKGCLT0033 ERROR: Failed to transfer file \\JCJDEDEP\E812\PD812\package\PD1122FP\source\n44h0106.c to SCHJC400. Error File does not exist.
Sat Nov 22 09:21:43 - spkgclnt.c:1437 PKGCLT0054 ERROR: Failed to
transfer \\JCJDEDEP\E812\PD812\package\PD1122FP\source\n44h0106.c to
the server.

Both of these above highlighted error messages are erroneous the server build log has about 30 of these errors.
They have been occurring on the last three Full package build attempts and the BSFNs are not consistent these have to be some type of communication
issue because the BSFNs in question reside in the Source and target folders. But how can I deploy the package with these errors in the log files.

Hi Paul.

Is the function name correct ?
n44h 0106.c has a space in the object name and I have never seen any such names......just curious, may be I am wrong.

Thanks
aaro

Howdy,

Permissions... did any of the users that checked-in, have specific permission?
Are your, temporarily, losing connection to the RSTNXOVM9014 Server (ps, you really shouldn't post with real server names, if that is)
Have you tried to manually copy, using the same network user/pass? If so - what happened?
