Hi all

After I receive a partial quantity at Purchase Order (status 280 -400) is there a way to close this line (400-999) without cancel the line (980-999)?
Tanks in advance

You can run PO Receipt (P4312) on the PO line, and pick Receiving Option of "9", which will close out the line. It moves the PO status to 980-999 (like cancelled), but the partial receipt still is open for voucher matching.

We have the same requirement as you. In 8.9, after received by Option "9", the line status will be 400-999. But in E812 it has been changed to (980-999). I have not find a proper way to distinguish the partial received order lines from the real cancelled lines. I wish they could use another status other than 400 or 980.

Thanks Don,

The problem is the PO line status is like cancelled and one PO report don't show canceled lines (980).

I have the same issue. After I receive a partial quantity of a Purchase Order, how can we close this line (update to status 400-999) without cancel the line (980-999)? Has anyone come up with a workaround for this?
