Hello, list! Since replacing our old Citrix farm with Windows 2000 SP4 terminal servers and Metaframe XPe FR3: In Sales Order Entry, a user may attach text to a line; when the Shipping Invoice prints, the attached text prints on nearly every line in the order!
This does not happen for every user who uses text attachments. For those who are affected, it doesn't happen on every order.
Up to now I have tried deleting all user overrides for affected people, but it has not stopped the problem. If we switch the user back to the old Citrix farm (NT4 SP6a, Metaframe 1.8 SP1) they do not experience the problem.
Have any of you seen this?
