Citrix Error

When my user try to logon to Oneworld through citrix, they get the following error:
"actiConsole.exe. Unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because Jdeuser.dll was not found"

Any info or help on this error will be appreciated.

Platform: ERP 8.0, SP2, XP Pro, SQL 2003
 
It may be that your install is broken.
You could reinstall the latest full package, then all subsequent updates, to get it back to current status.
Are other users able to run on that Citrix server?
 
Verify your users jde.ini files. They may be different for some and not others. Make sure you compare one that is working with one that is not. I'm assuming that they are signing into the same server? If not isolate which server in your farm is the problem and compare the ini files on that server with one's that are working. It's possible a path is incorrect in the ini file. Make sure your users profile where the jde.ini is located is pointed to the correct place as well.
