E811 Error

When I login to peoplesoft E811 (active console) by user PSFT. The process activeConsole.exe gets killed. I can not view even Solution Explorer. The jde.log file gives me no error. It has only starting OneWorld entry. Even jdedebug.log is not giving me any entry.
Also I want to know how many DSN(ODBC) are created on client workstation. And what are their configurations.

I don't know whether you got this solved. But we had a simialr issue where activeconsole will just hangup and would not login. We found out that symantec realtime protection was doing something to it. You will not see any errors in the log in this case. So we disabled the protection restarted the machine and logged in and it worked. Give it a shot.
 
ya, That was for E811 stand alone. But this is another case. I dont have symentic firewall. I got solution. I change default environment in Enterprise server and it worked. Thanks for the reply.
