We're looking into it. No one's account has been recently been suspended that I know of.

It's a virus. I got the same message a few days ago from/through my ISP. It's normally sent with an attachment, but my Internet Security software filtered it. So DO NOT open any attachments!

JDELIST strips all attachments that come in via email, hence the blank message.
