Flight number FLTN data item question

Table F49211 has many interesting dataitems that can be filled probably during shipment or delivery confirmation.
For example - FLTN. Does anybody know the name of interactive or batch that operates with this DataItem? Cross-reference on our system (OW Xe 7333) proves that it used only by P4211Z1 during outbound sales transactions revision. Is it correct?

Doc on Transportation doesn't contain any mention of such feature.

Our XE Cross Reference list only the same APPL, but lists the following UBEs too:

R8942019E - "F42019 - Sales Order Header Hi"
R894201E - "F4201 - Sales Header Currency"
R894201E - "F4201 - Sales Header Currency"
