AIX 5.3 and HTML

We have just installed EnterpriseOne 8.11 on AIX 5.3. The JAS server will not load any applications via HTML. When you fast path or select a application from a menu we get a "COULD NOT LOAD EVENT RULES" message. We thought well maybe the generator is not working correctly, so we pointed a INTEL JAS server to the same set of serialized object and everything worked. I have even compared the logs from INTEL to AIX on the JAS server and nothing really sticks out. One of the differneces that stuck out was noted on the "Environment" tab from "SAW". On SAW there is a parameter called "sun.io.unicode.encoding" which is set for "UnicodeBig" on the AIX JAS server. On the INTEL JAS Server this value is "UnicodeSmall". If you have any advice let me know.

One would think the jar files are the same, but you must ftp the unix WEF-INF directory to the Intel EGen machine, and then generate with the unix WEB-INF.
